Kevin Pass, CEO
Kevin Pass, an entomologist from the University of Kentucky, has been in the pest control industry for over 40 years. He is the former owner of Action Pest Control and a past president of the National Pest Management Association. Kevin left retirement in 2020 to open Pass Pest Control as he felt he had more to offer the community and colleagues. In less than 2 years the company has grown to 20 employees with over 250 years of combined industry experience.
Keith Smith, COO & President
Keith Smith joined Pass Pest Control in July of 2021. He is a 1991 graduate of Murray State University with a degree in finance. He has worked in the industry for over 30 years in various roles at both Terminix and Action Pest Control. He is the immediate past president of the Kentucky Pest Management Association.
